Starting pricing wrong has a huge impact on market access and profitability - and there is very often no way back to recover from poor launch pricing. Tancredi FicheraTancredi is a senior member of EVERSANA’s Global Pricing & Access Consulting team. Tancredi has a wide understanding of pricing and operations developed through 12 years of working experience across several industries. He spent the last 6 years working in strategic consulting firms focusing in the Life science industry on several type of projects about pricing, commercial strategies design, market prioritization, go-to-market models and organizational design, product launch, project management and change management. Tancredi has experience collaborating with big pharma and medtech companies as well as small biotech, mainly focusing on EU and emerging markets (EE, ME, LatAm, SE Asia).
Tancredi has a MSc in Mechanical engineering from Politecnico of Milan. He also has a Master in Business Administration from HEC Paris.

Chad GibsonChad Gibson leads the consulting team within NAVLIN focused on utilizing the cutting-edge data, tools, and software to innovate how pricing and market access strategy is developed and executed within the life sciences industry. Chad has led projects with clients ranging from fortune-100 pharma to innovative startup biotechs. He has developed innovative analytic tools and frameworks that have changed the way that US and global pricing and market access strategies are developed and executed. His geographic experience is expansive and includes the US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and emerging markets. Chad’s primary expertise is pricing and market access but he also has experience in salesforce/commercialization strategy, portfolio strategy, early-stage asset planning, and business development. His vast project experiences include: launch pricing strategy, price modeling (including IRP & LCM), launch sequencing (including quantitative optimization), local and global price banding, early BD price assessment, value proposition strategy, market prioritization, governance strategy & others. He also has extensive US-specific experience, including pricing strategy & analytics, access forecasting, contracting strategy, copay analytics & card strategy, patient support benchmarking, and account segmentation. He received his master's from Duke University and also has a BS in Biological Sciences.
