Frequently asked Questions

  • What does EVA do with my chat data?

    Any requests for contact info are passed to the relevant team member or department

    Feedback is annonymous though we do record the IP address. If you want to be contacted about feedback add your contact details in the feedback

    Logs are kept of all conversations which you can download using the chat bubble. We only keep logs for a short period.

  • Will Eva be trained on my chats?

    No - there is no direct training of Eva based on conversations though we will use submitted feedback to keep improving her.

  • How up to date is Eva?

    We will update her data at least once per week though certain code is being written in 2025 that will make her information real time.

  • Can I get my invoices and invites from Eva?

    We will be plugging Eva into users accounts early in 2026 so you can get your invites, check your subscriptions etc

  • Eva seems to remember everything i say to her?

    This is actually just based on fine tuning, Eva actually remembers the last 8 questions and answers of an ongoing chat. She will however remember your name, company if you supply it.

  • Is Eva a replacement for EPP Team members?

    No, Eva works with the team to free them up to offer exceptional service and not deal with common questions. All of the team have helped train Eva.

  • What AI model does Eva use?

    Eva uses OpenAI 4.1-mini with locally stored vectors.

How to claim your badge

Getting your certificate and badge is simple. As soon as you complete the certification requirements, we’ll make sure you receive everything you need to validate and share your achievement.

Once you successfully complete the certification requirements:

  • Within 1-2 business days after you pass the exam, you’ll get an email from Credly to claim your digital badge and download your certificate
  • Your certificate and badge will remain valid as long as your certification is active
  • If you have any questions or don’t receive your certificate and badge after passing the exam, please contact academy@pricingplatform.com.

** Remember to use the same email address linked to your certification account when creating your profile.

  • Is there any cost for the badge or certificate?

    No. There is no extra fee to receive your digital badge or certificate. Everyone who successfully completes an EPP certification program automatically receives both at no additional cost.

    After completing your certification, you’ll receive an email from Credly inviting you to accept your digital badge. Once you accept it and create your account, you can immediately share it on LinkedIn, in your email signature, or even embed it on your website.
