Statement for respect, inclusion and safety

EPP is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful and safe working and living environment. This it is a prerequisite for our research, learning programs and events that serve the pricing and RGM community worldwide. Each member of the EPP community takes on this responsibility both individually and collectively.

As part of our corporate culture :

Inclusive

  • We embrace diverse perspectives with curiosity and value each other's differences
  • We have respect for different opinions, different cultures, gender, age and diversity.

Respectful and safe

  • We provide a working and learning environment where we care about integrity, respect and emotional intelligence in every situation.
  • We encourage each other to learn how to navigate through cultural differences to work harmoniously together.
  • We reject any form of exclusion, transgressive behaviour, violence, abuse of power or discrimination.

A shared responsibility

Whether you are an EPP employee, project manager, meet online or in-person in training or events, we are each responsible for our own behaviour. We take responsibility for:

  • An open and constructive attitude and strive for mutual understanding
  • Communicating/advocating inclusive and respectful conversations and relations;
  • Not accepting any form of discrimination or exclusion (e.g. based on gender, age, origin, skin colour, religious/philosophical conviction, socio-economic status or sexual orientation).
  • Handling misunderstandings or problems in a solution-focused and constructive way;
