Revenue Growth Management (RGM): An Integrated Framework for Profitable Growth
This one-day immersive training provides a practical and integrated introduction to Revenue Growth Management (RGM) for FMCG and CPG organizations. The program guides participants through the five core RGM levers and explains how they work together to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Rather than focusing on individual tools, the training emphasizes connecting pricing, promotions, mix, and portfolio decisions into a coherent commercial growth story. Each session introduces a core RGM lever, clarifies its role within the broader business system, and highlights the key business questions organizations should be asking.

The day concludes with a focused session on RGM enablement, governance, and performance management - covering how to embed RGM capabilities through the right KPIs, decision forums, and cross-functional collaboration.

Participants leave not only with a strong foundational understanding of RGM, but, more importantly, with a clear mental framework and a set of powerful questions they can immediately apply within their own businesses.
