No - there is no direct training of Eva based on conversations though we will use submitted feedback to keep improving her.
We will update her data at least once per week though certain code is being written in 2025 that will make her information real time.
We will be plugging Eva into users accounts early in 2026 so you can get your invites, check your subscriptions etc
This is actually just based on fine tuning, Eva actually remembers the last 8 questions and answers of an ongoing chat. She will however remember your name, company if you supply it.
No, Eva works with the team to free them up to offer exceptional service and not deal with common questions. All of the team have helped train Eva.
Eva uses OpenAI 4.1-mini with locally stored vectors.
